  • Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and their three kids joined their cousins for a relaxing trip to Greece and Italy—and they have the family pictures to prove it.

Kelly Ripa and her clan are taking Europe by storm.

The talk show host celebrated several milestones in her family with one giant trip to Greece and Italy over the Fourth of July weekend.

“Last year’s graduation trip for our oldest son and niece was delayed long enough to become a graduation trip for the family newborns as well!” Kelly, 50, explained on Instagram on Monday, July 5.

She posted multiple photos of herself smiling alongside husband Mark Consuelos, 50, and their three children: Michael, 24, Lola, 20, and Joaquin, 18. Also pictured were Mark’s side of the family, including his sister Adriana and her three daughters. “Famiglia,” the Riverdale actor wrote alongside heart emojis.

The extended family was meant to take the Mediterranean vacation last year, when Michael graduated from New York University. But it seems the coronavirus pandemic put their plans on hold long enough to turn it into a celebration of Joaquin’s high school graduation, too. He recently celebrated with commencement speaker Gayle King, as he prepares to start at the University of Michigan in the fall.

Kelly’s Instagram pics showed the Consuelos fam matching in all white as they soaked up the sun. They also posed on a rocky beach and took in the sights of a historic street.

Adriana’s travel pics showed cousins Luci, Isabella and Gabi Corder sporting sun dresses in an Italian village, while Isabella shared photos from a boating trip on Paxos island in Greece on July 4.

Last year, Kelly opened up about Michael’s virtual graduation on Live With Kelly and Ryan, saying, “We’ve had some quarantine anxiety in our house lately, but I think it’s stemming more from my end of things because I realize that my firstborn child is graduating from college in a couple of days and it’s definitely not what we expected.”

Calling her eldest son a “good person,” she shared, “And he, in typical Michael fashion, said, ‘It’s not a big deal. As long as I still get my degree, it’s fine.’ Because I think a lot of kids are really devastated and rightly so that they worked so hard and they’re not getting to have their big day. But he truly doesn’t seem bothered at all.”

Now, the whole family is saying “Salute” to the grads.

    Attention, Marvel fans!

Studio chief Kevin Feige told Variety the highly anticipated Black Panther sequel—Black Panther: Wakanda Forever—began production on June 29 at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta.

Ryan Coogler is returning to direct the movie from his screenplay. While details about the plot have yet to be revealed, Feige did tell the outlet the cast from the first movie—minus the late Chadwick Bosman—will return to reprise their roles. Boseman died at the age of 43 last August following a private battle with colon cancer.

“It’s clearly very emotional without Chad,” Feige told Variety ahead of the Black Widow Global Fan Event in Los Angeles. “But everyone is also very excited to bring the world of Wakanda back to the public and back to the fans. We’re going to do it in a way that would make Chad proud.”

In December, Disney announced that Marvel Studios will not recast Boseman’s role of T’Challa “but will explore the world of Wakanda & the rich characters introduced in the first film.”

The original Black Panther movie earned billions at the box office and won three Academy Awards. In addition to Boseman, the film featured an all-star cast including Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Martin Freeman, Sterling K. Brown, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker and Andy Serkis.

After Boseman’s passing, several of the film’s stars took to social media to honor his legacy. “He was fueled by love, not fear,” Lupita wrote on Instagram. “He moved quietly, deliberately, and without imposing himself or his ideals on others. And yet he also made damn sure that his life meant something. He cared so deeply about humanity, about Black people, about his people. He activated our pride. By pushing through and working with such high purpose in the films he chose to commit to, Chadwick has made the infinite his home.”

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is scheduled to be released July 8, 2022.

TLC Officially Cuts Ties With the Duggar Family 2 Months After Josh Duggar's Arrest

  • On June 29, TLC announced its decision to cancel Counting On, the Duggar family's reality TV series that aired for 11 seasons from 2015 to 2020.

TLC is no longer Counting On

On June 29, the network announced its decision to cancel the Duggar family’s reality TV series. Two months ago, on April 29, Josh Duggar was arrested in Arkansas and charged with possession of child pornography. He has pled not guilty

“TLC will not be producing additional seasons of Counting On,” the cable network told E! News in a statement. “TLC feels it is important to give the Duggar family the opportunity to address their situation privately.”

Jeremy Vuolo, who starred on Counting On and is married to Josh’s sister Jinger, said he supports the move in a message shared to Instagram.

“We are grateful for TLC giving us the opportunity to be on their network over the years and their kindness towards the Vuolo family,” Jeremy’s statement read. “It’s been a remarkable journey that has opened doors to traveling and experiencing the world in a way that we wouldn’t have imagined possible.”

He continued, “We wholeheartedly agree with TLC’s decision not to renew Counting On and are excited for the next chapter in our lives.”

Other members of the Duggar family, including patriarch Jim Bob Duggar and wife Michelle Duggar, have yet to comment publicly.

Counting On premiered in 2015 as a spinoff to 19 Kids and Counting, which TLC axed months after a resurfaced police report from 2006 stated that Josh was accused of molesting five underage girls as a teen.

At the time, Josh publicly apologized and said his parents “arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling.” Josh’s sisters, Jill Duggar and Jessa Duggar, came forward as victims. He was never charged.

Following his April arrest, Josh, who is currently expecting his seventh child with wife Anna Duggar, was released on bail while he awaits trial in November.

During a May 5 hearing, which E! News was present for, federal agents accused Josh of downloading child pornography in 2019, including one file that allegedly depicted the sexual abuse of children whose ages ranged from 18 months to 12 years old.

At the time of his arrest, Josh’s attorney told E! News in a statement, “We intend to defend this case aggressively and thoroughly. In this country, no one can stop prosecutors from charging a crime. But when you’re accused, you can fight back in the courtroom—and that is exactly what Josh intends to do.”

MLB Pitcher Tyler Skaggs' Family Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Los Angeles Angels

MLB Pitcher Tyler Skaggs' Family Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Los Angeles Angels

  • In a statement to E! News, the Los Angeles Angels said the lawsuits are “entirely without merit and the allegations are baseless and irresponsible.”
  • Tyler SkaggsVaughn Ridley/Getty Images

Tyler Skaggs‘ family has filed a wrong death lawsuit against the Los Angeles Angels nearly two years after the MLB pitcher was found dead in a hotel room.

According to court documents obtained by E! News on June 29, the parents and wife of Tyler filed lawsuits in Texas and California accusing two former high-level employees and the baseball team of gross negligence and wrongful death.

“The tragedy of Tyler’s death was made worse by the revelation that it could have been avoided,” the Skaggs family claimed in court documents. “The Angels failed Tyler. And because of this failure, Tyler, who was on the brink of achieving certain and substantial success as a pitcher in MLB, had his life cut short.”

In a statement to E! News, Angels spokesperson Marie Garvey said the “lawsuits are entirely without merit and the allegations are baseless and irresponsible.”

“In 2019, Angels Baseball hired a former federal prosecutor to conduct an independent investigation to comprehensively understand the circumstances that led to Tyler’s tragic death,” the statement read. “The investigation confirmed that the Organization did not know that Tyler was using opioids, nor was anyone in management aware or informed of any employee providing opioids to any player.”

The statement concluded, “The Angels Organization strongly disagrees with the claims made by the Skaggs family and we will vigorously defend these lawsuits in court.”

On July 1, 2019, Tyler was found dead in his Texas hotel room at the age of 27. A toxicology report released by the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office determined the Angels pitcher died after choking on his own vomit, which was caused by a lethal combination of opioids and alcohol.

Since his death, Tyler’s family established the Tyler Skaggs Foundation, which supports athletic programs and initiatives for children.

And back in October 2020, former Angels employee Eric Prescott King was indicted on two charges including distributing a controlled substance that resulted in Tyler’s death.

“[Eric] asks for everyone’s patience before forming judgment so that all sides can be heard and facts are brought to light in a straight-forward fashion and not skewed by innuendo or interpretation,” his attorney Michael Molfetta previously said in a statement to E! News adding that his client “is eager to respond and to have his opportunity to tell his side of the story.”

Eric is also listed as a defendant in the latest lawsuit filed by the Skaggs family. E! News has reached out to his attorney for comment and has not heard back.

According to the attorney representing Tyler’s family, the decision to file a lawsuit was not an easy one. “Nothing will ease the pain and heartache of losing their only child and, for Carli, her husband and soulmate,” Rusty Hardin said in a press release. “But they want to get to the bottom of the circumstances surrounding Tyler’s tragic, untimely and completely avoidable death, and to hold the individuals and entities–including the Angels–accountable for the actions that contributed to it.”

One week after Father’s Day, Orlando Bloom continues to post about cherished family moments.

The 44-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star shared a tender photo to Instagram on Sunday, June 27 that showed him holding hands with fiancée Katy Perry and 10-year-old son Flynn, who he shares with ex-wife Miranda Kerr. The post was greeted with plenty of ebullient comments from fans, given that Orlando doesn’t frequently give many glimpses of his home life.

“FAMILY LOVE [heart emoji],” he captioned it, writing the word “love” vertically, as if it were an acrostic. The photo showed the three family members enjoying a leisurely stroll through a park.

One person who did not appear to be included on the outing was Daisy Dove, the daughter Katy and Orlando welcomed in August 2020

Orlando is not the only member of the family who has seemingly been feeling sentimental lately. On Sunday, June 20, Katy shared throwback footage for Father’s Day filmed just before she welcomed Daisy, and the video featured Orlando playing soothing music in the hospital as the couple prepared for the pivotal moment.

“Ready to bring her in, baby,” the Carnival Row star said in the footage, just after singing along to recorded chanting.

That same day, Orlando had also posted a Father’s Day tribute to Instagram, including a shirtless shot of himself enjoying a breakfast treat.

“A shout out to all the dads and father figures today,” he captioned it. He added that he’s been reflecting “on what fatherhood has meant for me, especially after becoming a father for the second time.”

Justin Timberlake Demands Britney Spears' Family "Make This Right" After Explosive Testimony

Justin Timberlake Demands Britney Spears' Family "Make This Right" After Explosive Testimony

  • Justin Timberlake gave his unfiltered thoughts after ex-girlfriend Britney Spears testified that she's "angry" with her conservators. Justin declared, "No one should EVER be held against their will."
  • Watch: Justin Timberlake Apologizes to Janet Jackson & Britney Spears

Justin Timberlake has weighed in on Britney Spears‘ tell-all testimony, calling on her family to “let her live however she wants to live.”

The “Gimme More” singer testified during a virtual court hearing on Wednesday, June 23, that she wants her conservatorship to end, 13 years after she was placed under her father’s care.

In addition to calling the conservatorship “abusive,” she said that her father Jamie Spears has been legally granted “way too much control,” according to a transcript of her statement published by Variety. “The control he had over someone as powerful as me, as he loved the control to hurt his own daughter 100,000 percent. He loved it.”

She shared that she wants to get married and have a baby, but she is prohibited from removing her IUD birth control. In her words, “I deserve to have the same rights as anybody does by having a child, a family, any of those things.”

In response to the hearing, Justin weighed in on social media to support Britney, whom he dated from 1999 to 2002, six years before her conservatorship began.

“After what we saw today, we should all be supporting Britney at this time,” he tweeted. “Regardless of our past, good and bad, and no matter how long ago it was… what’s happening to her is just not right. No woman should ever be restricted from making decisions about her own body.”

The “Suit & Tie” vocalist continued, “No one should EVER be held against their will… or ever have to ask permission to access everything they’ve worked so hard for.”

Justin said that both he and wife Jessica Biel are standing behind the pop star. “Jess and I send our love, and our absolute support to Britney during this time,” he wrote, adding, “We hope the courts, and her family make this right and let her live however she wants to live.”

Jessica retweeted this thread to amplify the message.

This year, the ‘N SYNC alum has faced heightened criticism over how he treated Britney during their relationship 20 years ago. After fans watched the “Framing Britney Spears” documentary on Hulu, they demanded he apologize to the 39-year-old star.

“I’ve seen the messages, tags, comments and concerns and I want to respond,” Justin wrote on Instagram in February. “I am deeply sorry for the time in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right.”

The father of two said he sorry to both Britney and his Super Bowl co-performer Janet Jackson, “because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed.” He admitted, “I also feel compelled to respond, in part, because everyone involved deserves better and most importantly, because this is a larger conversation that I whole heartedly want to be part of and grow from.”

Following Britney’s hearing, celebrities including Mariah Carey, Halsey and Khloe Kardashian also spoke out in support of the princess of pop.

E! News has reached out to attorneys for Jamie and Britney for comment. Jamie’s lawyer read a statement at the hearing that said he is “sorry to see his daughter suffering” and “loves his daughter and misses her very much.”
