Jessica Chastain Proves She’s “F—kin Sick” of the Bryce Dallas Howard Comparisons in Hilarious Video

Jessica Chastain Proves She’s “F—kin Sick” of the Bryce Dallas Howard Comparisons in Hilarious Video

“This isn’t the Parent Trap, y’all.”

Jessica Chastain recently made a must-see TikTok about constantly being mistaken for Bryce Dallas Howard and the result is hilarious.

The Zero Dark Thirty actress made a short video singing along to the popular TikTok song, “Sick of It.” While mouthing the lyrics “I’m f—kin’ sick of it,” her caption read, “When you spend 20 years building a career and they still think you work at Jurassic Park.”

The funny caption is a nod to her eerie resemblance to actress Bryce Dallas Howard, who has starred in the Jurassic Park film installments, and coincidentally also co-starred with her in The Help.

She also cleverly captioned the post, “This isn’t the Parent Trap, y’all.”

The Interstellar actress also ended the video with a huge grin—proving that the clip is just a friendly reminder for us all.

The uncanny look-alike comparison between the two is far from new. After a YouTube musical about the Jessica-Bryce comparison (only for Bryce to later post her own epic response video) went viral in 2015, the stars connected and agreed that they “need to use this power for good, and do a movie together playing sisters.”

And not only are audiences sometimes subject to the mix-up, but even family doesn’t get it quite right. Even director Ron Howard once mistook Jessica for his own daughter, Bryce.

Jessica told AP in 2019 that the mishap took place at an Apple Store, sharing, “I was, like, walking by, I was like, ‘Oh, that’s Ron Howard.’ And then my friend was with me [and] said he turned to someone, he goes, ‘I think I just saw Bryce.’ We look so much alike.”

Bryce later confirmed that the story was in fact, true in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, saying her dad was “shook. He really was.”

“At first he was like, ‘You really look so much alike.’ And I mean, obviously, I’m incredibly flattered, so it’s great,” she continued. “Although something is wrong when people stop mistaking me for her. I’ll be like, ‘Gotta get it together. I mean, but we do resemble one another. I love it.”

Dua Lipa is proving just how much she’s ready to “Love Again” with boyfriend Anwar Hadid

The three-time Grammy Award-winning songstress dedicated a heartwarming post to her partner on Instagram. Dua, 25, is three years older than her boyfriend

She shared nine different pictures on the app alongside a sweet caption in his honor.

“Happy Birthday Baby @anwarspc,” Dua started her caption. “Another lap around the sun ~ you make my world so much better!! I’m lucky to love you and be loved by you. DEXTER IS SO LUCKY TOO N LOVES U SO MUCH!!! can’t wait to celebrate youuuu today.”

In the first photo Dua posted, she leaned on Anwar while he was shirtless for a selfie. Another pic showed her hugging him from behind. Later on in the gallery, she pinched his cheek while he was driving. One pic was especially intimate, showing Dua holding Anwar’s hand in bed.

Dua’s post showed a rare glimpse at the pair’s relationship. The singer has opened up before about how she wants to keep things between her and Anwar mostly private.

“We have all these incredible memories and experiences, and if there’s something that we want to share together, then ok that’s fun,” Dua told British Vogue in February 2021. “But at the same time, we’re quite private.”

The artist continued, “We’ll only show you as much as we want you to see. It’s a little bit of give and take, trying to find the right balance of being so excited and being in love, and wanting to share that with the people around me, but at the same time not wanting to put too much out there. I want to be able to just be happy in this relationship without having other people’s opinions.”

Dua Lipa Proves She's Having the Last Laugh After Being "Bullied" Online

Dua Lipa Proves She's Having the Last Laugh After Being "Bullied" Online

  • In a video on her Instagram Story, Dua Lipa shared how being bullied for her dancing online only fueled her to keep it up.

Dua Lipa “DGAF” what you think about her dancing—the negativity only inspired her to work even harder.

The “Levitating” artist took to her Instagram Story earlier this week to celebrate the anniversary of her first album, the self-titled Dua Lipa—and tell the haters how much they’ve inspired her in the process.

Dua, who sported pajamas while she relaxed in bed, said with a laugh in the since-removed Instagram Story, “It’s been four years since my debut album has been out, and I’m so grateful for all the incredible opportunities, the amazing people I met, all the incredible lessons that I learnt, touring for like three years, getting bullied online which made me want to dance my arse off and just really get better, so thank you so much.”

The 25-year-old Brit continued, “For all things good and bad, for helping me grow. I’m forever grateful and I’m excited for you guys to see what we’ve got coming up next.”

Fans may recall that not everyone was impressed with the “New Rules” singer’s dance moves. In 2018, a video of Dua performing her and Calvin Harris‘ track “One Kiss” went viral, with fans pointing out that it featured some pretty lackluster choreography. She told Attitude last November of how the online teasing affected her, “There were so many things, especially when you start out, like a video of me dancing and they’re like, ‘Ah well, she has no stage presence.’ But they’d never been to one of my shows, they’d never seen me perform.”

Since then, however, Dua has really wowed critics with her moves. Just one year after the dancing video went viral, she was met with much critical acclaim for her killer performance at the 2019 EMAs.

In March, Dua proved she really could add triple threat to her resume thanks to her performance with DaBaby at the 2021 Grammys, where she pulled out all the stops in terms of choreography.

And that’s how you clap back at the haters.
