Supermodel Kendall Jenner made her return to the runway for the Jacquemus Paris fashion show on Wednesday, June 30. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star stunned in a hot pink ensemble, baring her midriff in fitted trousers paired with a matching mini bralette and cropped button up cape shirt. She even donned full-arm red gloves to accentuate the couture look. 

“good to be back!” Kendall wrote on Instagram yesterday, adding, “thank youuuu @jacquemus @pg_dmcasting.”

Kendall’s BFF Fai Khadra captured Kendall’s catwalk, adding “ayeee” to his Instagram Stories. The 818 Tequila founder reposted Fai’s video, writing “friendship” beneath the snapshot. 

Designer Simon Porte announced ahead of the show, “After such a particular year, I wanted to gather people inside and share a fashion moment together.” The Jacquemus show was dubbed “La Montagne” in honor of the mountain terrain design inspiration.

In a revealing moment during tonight’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion part two on June 20, Kendall clapped back at assumptions that she only dates basketball players—and explained why her relationship with NBA star Devin Booker is different. 

“No, I don’t actually only date basketball players, if anyone’s ever done their research,” she quipped. “I’m not ashamed that I have a type, and I’m also a genuine basketball fan.”

Kendall officially confirmed for the first time that she’s serious about the Phoenix Suns player: “He’s my boyfriend,” the model said with a smile. 

Yet Kendall has kept her relationship with Devin purposefully out of the KUWTK spotlight, as with all her past exes. “I feel like it’s always worked better for me that way,” Kendall revealed about her private love life.

“No offense to my older sisters at all, but i think that Kylie [Jenner] and I specifically have had the opportunity to watch our older sisters go through marriages and relationships and break-ups and do them pretty publicly. It was personal preference from a really young age,” Kendall continued. “I think it makes my life a lot easier and our relationship a lot better, to be honest…I just feel like it’s a private matter and not for anybody else to judge or know.”

Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker: Romance Rewind

KUWTK executive producer Farnaz Farjam previously opened up about Kendall’s “rule” while filming.

“Kendall’s always had this rule, which she felt like she had to be with someone for at least a year before she lets them be a part of the show and in the show,” Farnaz told Bravo TV’s The Daily Dish podcast in June 2021. “Because she doesn’t always know what people’s intentions are. So that’s why we kind of kept her personal life out of it, just because she had a rule.”

Kendall and Devin celebrated their one-year anniversary on June 13. “This is the happiest Kendall has been in a relationship,” a source told E! News. “It’s getting more and more serious and she is very happy.”

It also turns out Devin’s love of privacy only added to their compatibility. “Devin is quiet and not interested in being in the spotlight or a celebrity,” the source added. “She really appreciates that about him and is attracted to that. They are really similar and love just being low-key and staying in and laughing together.”

Even Kendall’s family has fallen for Devin! 

“Her family loves him and knows how good they are for one another,” another insider dished to E! News. “They love having Devin around and have welcomed him with open arms. They love seeing Kendall so happy with someone who brings out the best in her. It’s exciting for everyone to see her in such a great relationship.”

During the reunion, Kendall also called out rumors of the Kardashian-Jenner women ruining men post-break-up. “What I don’t like about the narrative is that the blame is on us,” Kendall stated. “The men need to take that responsibility…It’s almost, like, offensive.”

The model is so happy with the Phoenix Suns player, a source close to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star told E! News, and “they are crazy about each other.” 

“She feels very secure and confident in their relationship,” the insider continued. “She didn’t expect this, but it’s become the healthiest and best relationship she has ever been in. She definitely feels like this is different and more serious.”

And it looks like Kendall’s family members are fans of Devin, too. “Her family loves him and knows how good they are for one another,” the source added. “They love having Devin around and have welcomed him with open arms. They love seeing Kendall so happy with someone who brings out the best in her. It’s exciting for everyone to see her in such a great relationship.”

Kendall and Devin did, however, reach a major milestone over the weekend by celebrating their first anniversary. The basketball pro marked the occasion by sharing a series of Instagram Stories posts with the numbers “365” “52” and “1” to mark the number of days, weeks and years they’ve been together.

While the two may have officially started dating in June 2020, they had already been sparking romance rumors for months. And even though they tend to keep details of their relationship private, they’ve still shared some subtle PDA. From showing her support with her Phoenix Suns apparel to posting photos of the sweet gifts Devin has given her, Kendall has occasionally provided peeks into their world.

In fact, a source told E! News in April that “this is the happiest Kendall has been in a relationship.”

“Devin is quiet and not interested in being in the spotlight or a celebrity. She really appreciates that about him and is attracted to that. They are really similar and love just being low-key and staying in and laughing together,” the insider said, later adding, “They are a solid couple with no drama. It’s been all positive and Kendall loves being with him.”

When it came to filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kendall Jenner had one request.

According to Farnaz Farjam, an executive producer for the beloved E! series, the 25-year-old supermodel was open to documenting her day-to-day for the show except for one area: her love life.

During an interview on Bravo TV’s The Daily Dish podcast, Farnaz detailed Kendall’s “rule” and why she decided to exclude that from the series in the first place.

“Kendall’s always had this rule, which she felt like she had to be with someone for at least a year before she lets them be a part of the show and in the show,” she explained, adding, “Because she doesn’t always know what people’s intentions are. So that’s why we kind of kept her personal life out of it, just because she had a rule.”

Even up until KUWTK‘s end, in which the final episode of the series aired last week, Kendall’s romances never unraveled onscreen.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘ Last Day Filming

As Farnaz noted, there was also a time when Kylie Jenner decided to take a step back from the spotlight and didn’t really showcase her past relationship with Travis Scott on the show.

“I feel like Kylie became more participatory this last season towards the end, and Kendall has dipped in and out,” the executive producer said. “But they were at an age…like, if you think about when you’re a young adult coming into your adulthood, I think you sometimes care a lot more what the outside world has to say about you.”

She added, “Kylie did share her relationship with Tyga. We showed their relationship quite a bit on Keeping Up, and then Travis didn’t really want to participate.”

Of course, Kendall wasn’t the only one to make specific decisions about the show. While the famous family has documented their many highs and many lows, the executive producer said the Kardashian-Jenners were heavily involved in the post-production process.

“They weigh in a lot in edit,” Farnaz explained. “And, ironically, they’re very open with their own mistakes and their own feelings.”

She pointed out that they are also aware of how everyone is portrayed, sharing, “They’re also very thoughtful about how they position a lot of other people. They know they’re there to share their feelings and share their journey, but they try to do it without trying to make other people look bad.”

According to Farnaz, part of the reason the family is extra mindful about their onscreen image is because of the constant scrutiny and judgment they’ve faced over the years.

“With more fame and more people judging you, watching you, talking about you, they got a little bit more guarded,” she described. “And I think that part became harder.”

The Kardashian-Jenners will soon close their KUWTK chapter with a two-part reunion hosted by Andy Cohen, which is scheduled to debut on Thursday, June 17.

Back in September, the family announced that they would be saying, “goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

“After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and several spin-off shows, we’ve decided as a family to end this very special journey,” the family shared on social media. “We are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years—through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children. We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.”

Kendall and Devin first sparked romance rumors in April 2020, two months after they officially started dating. At the time, they were spotted riding around together in his Mercedes-Benz Maybach on the way to Sedona, Arizona. A month later, in May 2020, the rumors about Kendall and Devin were fueled further when she was seen driving him in her Mercedes G-Wagon at Van Nuys Airport.

As the speculation continued, in August 2020, Kendall and Devin were spotted with her sister Kylie Jenner at celebrity-favorite restaurant Nobu in Malibu, Calif. Also that month, the model and the NBA star were seen leaving a pet shop in the coastal town with his dog Haven. A source told E! News, “It was a very casual outing, but it seems they are spending more time together for sure and getting closer.”

In September 2020, Kendall and Devin vacationed in Idaho with friends, including Justin Bieber and wife Hailey Bieber.

This past January, things seemed to be heating up between Kendall and Devin, as he reshared her Instagram post showing her in a bikini, captioning the pic, “Whew” along with a panting emoji.

Finally in February, on Valentine’s Day, Kendall made their romance Instagram official, posting a photo of them sharing a humorous and intimate moment on top of a kitchen counter. Days later, Kendall was spotted in the stands at a Suns game. Also around that time, she shared a photo of a gift, a Louis Vuitton handheld case, monogrammed with “KJ + DB.”
