Ewan McGregor's Daughters Confirm He Welcomed Baby Boy With Mary Elizabeth Winstead

Ewan McGregor’s eldest child Clara McGregor confirmed the arrival of her baby brother in an Instagram post on June 27. Get the details on the surprise family news.

Summer just got sweeter in Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead‘s household.

The Hollywood couple has welcomed their first child together, according to the newborn baby’s older siblings. 

In an Instagram posted on Sunday, June 27, Ewan’s eldest child, Clara McGregor, 25, shared a photo of her young sibling writing, “Welcome to the world little brother. Congratulations to my Dad & Mary—this is the greatest gift.”

Clara’s younger sister Esther, 19, also appeared to confirm the news when she shared her own social media post. “Met my little brother looking like a pirate,” she shared online. “I recommend! Welcome to the family little Laurie.”

Ewan is also the proud father to two other children including Jamyan, 20, and Anouk, 10, who he shares with his ex-wife Eve Mavrakis.

This weekend’s baby news will come as a surprise to many pop culture fans. After all, Mary never publicly shared the news of her pregnancy. At the same time, fans of the couple know that both Ewan and Mary co-starred in 2020’s Birds of Prey and previously worked together on the third season of Fargo.

Their love story comes after Mary split from her husband Riley Stearns in 2017 after seven years of marriage.

“I got divorced a couple of years ago, which was a scary, crazy thing for me because I had been with the same person since I was 18 years old, and that was what I knew,” she told Glamour U.K. in January 2020. “I was really starting new as an adult for the first time in my life.”

Mary added, “For me that was a big turning point, being OK with changing, accepting that change is a good thing and that it’s OK not to know where that change is going to take you.”

Damian Hurley, the son of actress Elizabeth Hurley and the late Steve Bing, took to social media to share a message about his dad’s “devastating” death.

Damian Hurley is reflecting on grief on the one-year anniversary of his father Steve Bing‘s death. 

The model took to Instagram on June 22 and looked back at the day he and his mother, actress Elizabeth Hurley, received the “devastating news.” 

“I didn’t realise at the time quite how much it would affect me…” Damian wrote. “We all like to show ‘perfect’ versions of our lives—for me, the idea of publicly discussing something as personal as grief is terrifying… but sometimes it’s necessary.”

The 19-year-old star noted it’s been a “bloody hard” year “for everyone on the planet” and that “acknowledging that is vital.”

“It’s not weak to struggle,” he added. “In fact, to get through to the other side is immensely strong. Thank you so much for all you.”

Steve died at the age of 55 on June 22, 2020. The Los Angeles County Coroner ruled his death a suicide.

The WandaVision actress recently revealed that she married her longtime love, Robbie Arnett. While the 32-year-old star didn’t share any other details about their nuptials—like exactly when she and the musician got hitched or if her twin sisters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, attended the ceremony, she did confirm her relationship milestone.

On Tuesday, June 8, Elizabeth spoke to Kaley Cuoco for Variety‘s Actors on Actors series, in which she casually referred to the indie-pop singer as her “husband.”

“I’m in a bathroom,” the Marvel actress shared of her video setup. “I’ve been in the U.K. for seven months, and I got back two days ago, and my neighbor is doing so much construction to their backyard. I can still hear it and I’m in the furthest bathroom.”

Elizabeth then realized that Robbie placed a special decoration in her background.

“I also just noticed that my husband put Little Miss Magic. You know, the Little Miss books?” she gushed. “They’re these classic books but ‘magic’ because of WandaVision because he’s such a f–king cutie!”

Elizabeth Olsen just shared a major update in her relationship like it was no big deal. 

The WandaVision actress casually revealed that she and her longtime partner, Robbie Arnett, are married! During a video appearance on Variety‘s Actors on Actors series, the Marvel star chatted with Kaley Cuoco about everything from her hit Disney+ show to her upcoming projects.

But at one point during their conversation, which was published on Tuesday, June 8, Elizabeth let it slip that she tied the knot with the musician by referring to him as her husband.

“I’m in a bathroom,” Elizabeth told Kaley. “I’ve been in the U.K. for seven months, and I got back two days ago, and my neighbor is doing so much construction to their backyard. I can still hear it and I’m in the furthest bathroom.”

Back in 2019, a source revealed to E! News that the couple got engaged. However, they didn’t publicly comment on their relationship milestone at the time.

News of their engagement came two years after they first sparked romance rumors in February 2017. A month later, they seemingly confirmed they were dating after enjoying a romantic stroll together in New York City.

“They are in an exclusive relationship and Lizzie is excited about him,” an insider previously told E! News. “She deserves it. It’s very new though, but they seem to like each other a lot already.”

In September 2017, the pair made a rare public appearance at the Gersh pre-Emmys party. But since then, Elizabeth and Robbie have kept a low profile.
