In an interview with New Beauty, the 40-year-old actress—who’s been spending time with John Mulaney—addressed the constant rumors about her relationship status. “I think what’s more surprising is how much is incorrect,” Olivia, who was spotted out with Mulaney shortly after the comedian announced his separation from wife of six years, Anna Marie Tendler, shared, “There is so much attention on things that aren’t the truth. And if you speak up and try to say the truth, you’re accused of being messy or just not believed. I’ve gotten used to it, but it hasn’t made it easier.”

And although the star didn’t divulge further about her rumored relationship, the pair’s most recent outing has fans buzzing more than ever about their status as a couple. 

Olivia’s statement to the outlet comes just days after the pair stepped out for the first time together on Saturday, June 26. The duo enjoyed an afternoon lunch at the fan-favorite restaurant Rick’s Drive In & Out in Los Angeles.

According to photos, which were obtained by E! News, the comedian and the Love Weddings Repeat actress could be seen smiling from ear to ear and having a blast together as they grabbed a bite to eat.

Although it’s been just a little over a month since reports surfaced that the two have become more than just friends, a source close to Olivia previously told E! News the celebs “have known each other for a while and always been friendly.”

The insider also added, “Right now they are just spending time together and enjoying each other’s company.”
 
The dating rumors also come a few months after the comedian completed a stint in rehab for struggles reportedly related to alcohol and drug use. “She has been very supportive of his addiction and recovery,” the source previously shared about the actress. “She will continue to help him in whatever ways she can and be there for him.”

Friendly exes or something more?

That’s what Teen Mom fans are asking after Javi Marroquin was spotted on a family vacation with ex Lauren Comeau last week.

According to social media posts, the pair was seen visiting the Universal Orlando Resort with their 2-year-old son Eli. In addition, Javi brought along 7-year-old son Lincoln who he shares with ex Kailyn Lowry.

While some may speculate that it’s just two exes creating happy memories for their youngest family members, one theme park visitor claimed they appeared to be more than friends.

“Javi and Lauren were spotted at Islands of Adventure near the Forbidden Journey ride,” an eyewitness exclusively shared with E! News. “They were holding hands and had the kids with them. They all looked very happy together.” 

And although Lauren didn’t post any social media photos from the trip, Javi documented some of the fun on Instagram including a visit to Jurassic Park.

“Whatever that raptor ride for kids is called was by far the coolest ride I’ve ever been on,” he shared online. “Love it here.”

According to Javi’s post, the kids also enjoyed water parks including Universal’s Volcano Bay and Discovery Cove Orlando.

“Found a new love in water parks,” the former Teen Mom 2 star wrote. “Volcano bay is still #1, but Discovery Cove is close. We got to swim with stingrays, fish, and my boy even got to swim with a dolphin!! They have a river that takes like 30 min to finish and my king swam the entire way no green tube. So cool.”

While Lauren and Javi have yet to publicly address their relationship status, fans of the couple are familiar with their ups and downs.

Back in August 2019, Javi wrote a public apology to his then-fiancée for breaking her trust and not being the best partner. “I’m sorry I broke your heart, I’m sorry I disrespected you. I’m sorry I took you for granted,” he wrote. “I could say sorry for a million other things but I’m sorry will never be enough.”

He continued, “I hurt the one person that I love the most. I will do everything in my power to become a better man and hopefully one day you can forgive me. I’ll do anything to have you home.”

Things became even more complicated when Kailyn claimed in a Teen Mom 2 episode that Javi tried to sleep with her when he was in a relationship with Lauren. The Coffee Convos podcast co-host would later apologize to Lauren for the episode. 

At the time, Javi appeared to address the episode when discussing why he no longer would be involved with the MTV reality show.

“I stopped filming to live my life normally cause I’ve realized my kids life when they get older will suffer if I continue to be apart of this TV show,” he wrote. “Not only did my mistakes play out on the show which I’ve had to live (and continue to live with) but I know one day I’d have to explain to my kids all my actions…those episodic checks weren’t worth it to me. So I’m gonna go back to minding my business and living my life with my family and being the absolute best dad I can be.”

After years of speculation, the 25-year-old entrepreneur once again made it clear that she and Caitlyn Jenner are not in a romantic relationship.

On June 1, Sophia took to Instagram Stories to shut down a tweet that claimed she and the 71-year-old TV star have been together for four years. “Fake news!” Sophia captioned the post. “Not a lesbian! F–k off.” 

The Lumasol founder then proceeded to set the record straight. “Love the whole LGBT community but so tired of rumors that I am romantically with Caitlyn,” Sophia added. “I am only ever with men and only ever have been. Stop the rumors! It’s been years.” 

According to a 2019 interview with The New York Times, Sophia and Caitlyn were introduced through a makeup artist while Sophia was in college and became friends. Sophia took on the role of Caitlyn’s manager and moved into her house in 2017. And while their red carpet appearances, vacations and social media posts together sparked dating speculation, Sophia told the newspaper they “were never romantically involved.”

When asked why the tabloid reports persisted, she replied, “Because we weren’t addressing it. I don’t feel a need to address my sex life, quite frankly, unless I want to.”

But as noted, Caitlyn and Sophia have addressed the rumors before. In 2018, for instance, Caitlyn told Variety they’re “the best of friends,” and Sophia described them as business partners in an interview on The Hidden Truth With Jim Breslo. 

“It was never romantic. It was never sexual,” Sophia reiterated in a May 2020 interview for Juicy Scoop With Heather McDonald. “It was very much friends.” 

In fact, she’s called their relationship “parental,” joking Caitlyn wants to “sign off” on any guys Sophia dates. 

“It’s very parental, very protective,” she told Heather. “But, at the same time, it’s also businessy. Like, what I say is it’s like we’re family.”

After that, they left alone together.”

Camila and Charles were then photographed getting inside the actor’s classic car and driving off.

Friday marked the first time the two stars, who play Veronica Lodge and Reggie Mantle on the CW drama, have been photographed in public together since their breakup. However, since their split, they have continued to spend time together along with their co-stars filming Riverdale, and have hung out with the cast members off-set—as seen in pics Lili Reinhart posted on Instagram in early May.
