A Botched Patient's Secret Silicone Butt Puts Her Whole Life Into Question

A Botched Patient's Secret Silicone Butt Puts Her Whole Life Into Question

Secrets definitely can hurt someone. In this case, it’s a Botched patient’s rear end!

Tonight’s episode on June 29 proved it’s sometimes better to be upfront about surgery. From a woman who underwent a “lumpy” nose job without her mother knowing to a wife whose own husband wasn’t aware of her new silicone rear end and a daughter seeking an “anime” physique, Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow got to the root of these patients’ past painful plastic surgery mishaps.

Yuliana underwent multiple surgeries including gastric bypass and a Brazilian butt lift while in her native Colombia, but a “discount doctor” ruined her hopes of a “Jennifer Lopez butt.” Instead of J.Lo, Yuliana’s “mutilated” behind certainly was hanging low once her silicone injections were removed and her new implants migrated onto her hips instead of her rear end cheeks.

“I’m a prisoner of my butt,” Yuliana heartbreakingly explained.

During a consultation with Drs. Nassif and Dubrow, Yuliana admitted she felt “ashamed” for her past secret procedures that put a strain onto her marriage.

Dr. Dubrow revealed that Yuliana’s case was “challenging” and her behind might be more “deflated” once the implants are removed.

“I’m thinking to myself, I don’t even want to examine her,” he confessed to the camera. “I’m hoping that I can find something that I can hang my surgical hat on so I can give her some kind of normal cosmetic appearance.”

Dr. Dubrow suggested rotating her “love handle fat” down into her butt to give Yuliana’s behind more volume and projection.

    Botched, Patient, Dr. DubrowE!

Yet, Dr. Dubrow still estimated the success rate of any surgery would only be between five and 25 percent. “But there’s a chance,” Dr. Dubrow added.

    Yuliana cried, “There’s hope, yes.”

Once in the surgery room, Dr. Dubrow realized that one fat flap was still intact. “I’m hoping it’ll do something, at least a little bit, to restore normal body contour,” he noted of “the art of flap surgery,” joking that “the problem is my canvas isn’t very good.”

Yuliana’s “labor-intensive” case ultimately was a success—even though she still had silicone left in her butt. “We came, we saw, we kicked its ass…literally,” Dr. Dubrow summed up.

Since Yuliana’s past “complete moron” of a doctor put the implants under her muscles, Yuliana most likely was in pain due to major nerve damage along her legs. Now, thankfully she is free of any silicone or implants—and she still has a cute butt!

    Botched, Patient, Dr. DubrowE!

“It looks great, Dr. Dubrow!” Yuliana gushed during the post-operation exam. “I like it. Even though it’s not Jennifer Lopez’s butt, it’s still my butt, and I have one. I am speechless. I can only just cry.”

Yuliana also tried to rekindle her marriage. “Being a Colombian woman, you always need to have the perfect body,” she reflected. “It put a lot of stress on our marriage…I love how I look. It’s not a big butt but it looks natural and it fits my body perfectly.”

Seems like Yuliana and her husband are dancing their way into a happy life together!

The episode also featured Karla, a 24-year-old who sought an “anime figure” and has found surgery “very empowering” over the years. “Hell yeah, I’m fake!” she proudly stated. Dr. Nassif later treated Brittnie after a wrong nose job left her with a “lumpy” profile.

This rear end is bringing one patient’s marriage to an end.

In a sneak peek at tonight’s new episode of Botched on June 29, Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow meet with Yuliana, who underwent surgery without her husband’s knowledge. Back in 2010, Yuliana hired a doctor who gave “discounted surgeries” in Colombia to perform liposuction on her back. The physician suggested Yuliana “recycle” her back fat to her buttocks—and Yuliana never told her spouse.

“I wasn’t going there for surgery,” she reasons in the clip. “It just kind of happened. I was in love with the results.”

Her husband even noticed the change, but Yuliana denied any plastic surgery and said she only looked different due to working out more.

Yet only four years later, Yuliana felt “pebbles” in her rear end that pinched whenever she sat down. It turns out that discount doctor secretly gave her silicone injections. “On the M.R.I., it’s showing it’s all over my butt,” Yuliana reflects.

She had the silicone removed from her rear end immediately, which Dr. Dubrow calls “lucky” since the results could have been fatal.

Dr. Nassif adds, “You don’t want to mess with injected silicone…It could get into your blood supply, it could cause a clot, it could kill you.”

    Botched, Dr. DubrowE!

But Yuliana was left with devastating results: a flat, non-existent backside. After a year, she got “horrible” implants that made her feel “deformed.”

Yuliana says, “I didn’t see no projection. Not only did this change my life basically, but my husband and I are now thinking of separating.”

Botched Tackles Body Dysmorphia and a Heartbreaking Nose Job

  • Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow operate on a champion wrestler with self-esteem woes, a woman with botched Baywatch breasts, and a passionate tattoo fanatic hoping to expand his body canvas.

    Competition gone wrong.

On tonight’s episode of Botched on June 22, Dr. Paul Nassif had to tackle the case of a champion wrestler whose nose has been a sore subject for years. Sara, a triplet, first broke her nose at age eight.

“I was always competing with my siblings, and to see my sister getting a whole bunch of attention and me not getting any attention, I think it had a huge impact on my self-esteem,” Sara confessed to the camera.

Sara grew up wrestling in the boys’ division, and by 2003, brought home the title of National Champion. Yet, an accident during one competition in third grade led to her getting “cross-faced” and breaking her nose. “I didn’t care about my appearance until I started using social media to meet people,” Sara continued. “I quit wrestling because I resented it since it is what actually caused my nose to be broken.”

She finally opted to go under the knife five years prior to consulting with Dr. Nassif—and she found her physician on a billboard. “I know it should have been a red flag,” Sara reflected after getting surgery just 24 hours after first meeting the unnamed doc.

Dr. Terry Dubrow joked, “If your plastic surgeon is good, would he be advertising himself on a billboard?”

Sara admitted the surgery was a mistake: “It looked a lot more crooked,” she stated. “It was devastating. The surgery did make it worse…I still feel like I have the worst nose in the world.”

    Botched, PatientsE!

Sara was so disturbed by her nose that she started seeing a therapist to overcome her body image issues. “Physically, I need my nose to be fixed so I can feel like me,” Sara stressed.

Yet, Dr. Nassif voiced his concern over operating on Sara, given her history. “What I’m worried about is, she’s very hyper-critical about what she thinks of the nose,” Dr. Nassif told the camera. “And with patients like that, no matter what you do with the nose—even if it’s a great job—they’re not going to be happy.”

Dr. Nassif warned Sara that she will always have a crooked septum with one nostril tilting to the right. “The negative thing is, you can improve the straightness but it might not make it perfect,” he added, citing her asymmetry.

Dr. Nassif also hoped Sara would seek more help with another diagnosis. “You’re hyper-focusing on your nose and this is causing a lot of issues in your life,” he told his patient. “Body Dysmorphic Disorder is more of a self-image issue and if you continue and have surgery, sometimes you keep coming back and have more and more procedures but you’re never going to be happy.”

Despite his hesitations, Dr. Nassif chose to proceed with treating Sara.

“I would still want it to be better,” Sara noted before going under the knife.

    E!

Dr. Nassif had one last piece of advice for the former wrestler: “You aren’t going to be perfectly straight, so understand that and get your expectations to that,” Dr. Nassif advised. “You have to make a promise, I hope that the way that you’ve been feeling and been comparing yourself with the insecurities, that’s all going to go away.”

Post-surgery, Sara couldn’t have been more thrilled with her new nose. “I finally have the nose I should have had,” she gushed. “Since I was a kid, I’ve been wrestling with my nose, but that’s a thing of the past.”

    E!

No more nose “darkening her shine” as even Sara’s sister Katie showed her support. “I’ve always seen her as beautiful and now she finally sees it too,” the proud triplet stated.

Sara concluded, “I feel like I’m glowing and I feel like me.”

The inspiring episode also showed Deana who was looking to fix her Baywatch boobs, and Keith, who hoped to add to his 1,000 tattoos by removing his nipples.

Botched Reveals Why You Should Never Hire a Plastic Surgeon From a Billboard Ad

Botched Reveals Why You Should Never Hire a Plastic Surgeon From a Billboard Ad

  • In this sneak peek from June 22's new Botched, new patient Sara details to doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif how she ended up with the "worst nose in the world."
  • Watch: Nose Job by Plastic Surgeon From Billboard Ad–Gone Wrong

    So many red flags.

In this exclusive clip from tonight’s June 22 episode of Botched, Sara details her nose job journey, which included a visit to a plastic surgeon that advertised his work on a billboard. Per the new patient, she suffered from a broken nose during a wrestling match in the third grade.

“I mean, I was little,” she shares with doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif. “I didn’t care about my appearance until I started using social media to meet people.”

As Sara notes, she had no trouble conversing with people, but found herself getting insecure when it was time to meet up. She adds, “I was like, ‘What are they going to say about my nose?'”

Thus, when she spotted a billboard for a plastic surgeon, she decided to book a consultation. However, Sara now realizes the billboard may’ve been a red flag about this surgeon.

“If your plastic surgeon is good, would he be advertising himself on a billboard?” Dr. Dubrow says to the Botched camera. “Got boobs? Got butts? Got liposuction? He don’t got patients.”

The red flags didn’t stop there as Sara reveals her consultation with the doctor was very brief. “He came in, but he only came in for a couple minutes, if that,” she continues. “And then the nurse was like, ‘Oh hey! We can get you in tomorrow morning.'”

In a confessional, Sara admits she should’ve realized it was weird that the surgeon put her up in a hotel for a next day surgery. She defends, “But, at the time, I had no idea what the process was like.”

    Botched 706E!

Unfortunately, Sara reveals she went through with the nose job, which turned out, well, botched. “I went to my doctor’s appointment like, for them to take the bandages off,” she recalls. “The doctor wasn’t even there.”

Apparently, a nurse removed Sara’s bandages. And, according to Sara, she started bawling because her nose looked a lot more crooked. “I just felt powerless at that point,” she states. “The surgery did make it worse, and that hit my self-confidence even more.”

Although Sara has pursued therapy to cope, she still feels like she has “the worst nose in the world.” Even though Dr. Nassif wants to help Sara, he does have concerns about the hyper-critical opinions she has of herself.

He tells the Botched camera, “With patients like that, no matter what you do for the nose, even if it’s a great job, they’re not gonna be happy.”

Nonetheless, Dr. Nassif decides to take a closer look at the nose in the exam room and to have a candid conversation about expectations with Sara.

Dr. Dubrow's Latest Botched Surgery Is Not for the Faint of Heart

Dr. Dubrow's Latest Botched Surgery Is Not for the Faint of Heart

  • Get all the details on the latest cases doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow faced on the June 15 episode of Botched.
  • Watch: Woman’s Butt Implant Makes Leg Go Numb

Ready to put the past behind her…but it’s a full court press for the Botched doctors!

On tonight’s June 15 episode, doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow treat Takeema, a patient who was left with a basketball-sized dented derrière after getting a tummy tuck and Brazilian butt lift in Mexico. “I feel like I’m pulling a trailer behind me,” Tekeema explained of her supersized buttock implants.

Her behind was so misshapen that Takeema’s friends called her cheeks “dunk’em, since they look like an uneven pair of giant basketballs.”

Takeema hoped Dr. Dubrow could replace her booty implants with fat from her thighs or arms, but Dubrow was adamant that there was another option. “The problem is you have this giant pocket,” he noted during the consultation. “You can’t just throw fat into a pocket.”

Instead, Dubrow suggested removing the implants, re-crafting Takeema’s bottom by rotating the fat down and tightening the skin with a buttock lift. He warned, “We can do the best we can knowing that it may be really disappointing.”

Takeema was anticipating the worst: “This is the conversation I’ve been fearing all along, but I’m really hopeful Dr. Dubrow has some tricks up his sleeve,” she added. “I still want some biscuits and not a pancake.”

It seemed a flat behind was the scariest outcome for Takeema undergoing surgery again. “I pray that God is going to guide your hands,” Takeema told Dr. Dubrow before being numbed. “It’s going to be a good thing.”

Botched, Dr. Terry Dubrow, Patient, Dr. Paul NassifE!

Dr. Dubrow started by making an incision along Takeema’s upper buttock to remove her implants, the bringing fat down to create volume before doing her butt lift. Dubrow also removed the dent on Takeema’s left cheek to “create a better appearing contour on the left.” But there were plenty of surprises once Dubrow went to start on Takeema’s butt.

“It’s not very often we see things we’ve never seen before,” Dubrow explained when Takeema’s behind started gushing puss. To Dubrow, it was a “rush of yellow fluid” that could have been the result of Takeema’s previous surgeon trying to craft a Brazilian butt lift on top of the implants.

Post-surgery, Takeema wasn’t too pleased at first. “It definitely has a different look,” she said in dismay. “If you see it with my leggings on, it looks different. I’m definitely worried that what happened in Mexico may have destroyed my backside forever. Am I really going to have to live with a flapjack?”

Both doctors Nassif and Dubrow didn’t see what Takeema saw: In fact, her behind looked just fine! Dubrow assured Yakeema that her natural projection will kick in after recovery.

Sure enough, Takeema is happier than ever with her well-shaped (albeit smaller) rear end. “My butt is so natural and normal and it moves and it shakes,” she said with a smile. “I feel confident about myself.” To Takeema, it was “destiny” for Dubrow to be the surgeon to fix her “dunk’em” butt.

“Dr. Dubrow is the dunk’em MVP of surgery,” Takeema concluded.

The Botched doctors also operated on Yesenia whose nose was permanently crushed after undergoing past surgeries to fix a “parrot” beak. Dr. Nassif even found an admirer in “plastic fantastic sugar baby” Hurricane Garrett, whose $2,000 per month addiction to lip injections was creating nerve damage.

“I can’t perform my sugar baby services,” he cried about losing sensation in his lips. Hurricane Garrett even said that Dr. Nassif was just his sugar daddy type!

Botched Patient Finally "Feels Like A Woman Again" After Over a Dozen Breast Surgeries

Botched Patient Finally "Feels Like A Woman Again" After Over a Dozen Breast Surgeries

    Finding herself again.

On tonight’s June 8 episode of BotchedDrs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow treat Jodi, a female firefighter who jokes about a “level 4” disaster on her own chest. After a series of traumatic breast augmentations, Jodi was left with “flip flopped flapjack” boobs.

“This has taken over my life,” Jodi admitted. “I was called a guy a couple times. My chest is something that I think about every day. I cry when i look in the mirror. I don’t feel feminine at all anymore, and not having a chest is humiliating.”

Jodi was even called a “pain in my ass patient” from her previous surgeon following over nine surgeries with failed implants. She even was left with a dime-sized hole in her chest after one procedure.

As Dr. Dubrow put it, Jodi was ultimately left with “very deflated breasts with excess skin.” Nassif and Dubrow want to make sure they don’t repeat the same mistakes that Jodi’s other doctors did since Jodi has a history of implants “bottoming out.”

“It wouldn’t tolerate the implants,” Dubrow pointed out.

“Couldn’t he have downsized a little bit?” Nassif questioned Jodi’s former physician.

The doctor duo discussed what they could do to avoid Jodi’s body rejecting the implants. “I still can’t wrap my brain around as to why it failed,” Dubrow continued. Eventually he decides to operate as gently as possible to take into account Jodi’s soft tissue weakness while trying to minimize the weight of the implant on her surrounding breast tissue.

    Botched, PatientE!

In the end, there is only one option for Jodi to move forward. “We put an implant in that the pocket dictates,” Dubrow explained. “So we go full enough to give you nice volume but not so full as to make it a tight closure or putting much internal pressure on the breast tissue.” He also warned that her case “has a high probability rate of failure,” or less than 50 percent success rate.

Jodi agrees to go under the knife one more time: “I just want to feel like a woman again.”

Post-operation, Dubrow even was nervous to unwrap Jodi’s bandages. “It could be a peek and shriek,” he laughed.

Yet Jodi’s surgery was certainly a success. “I am literally speechless. I literally have no words,” Jodi gushed. “It’s better than I ever expected. I am so happy with the results right now. I will wrap myself in bubble wrap if I have to. I am not letting this surgery fail.”

    Botched, PatientE!

In the end, Jodi has a great time showing off her new assets poolside. She even is starting to date again. “I never thought I would be able to look down and see breasts again,” Jodi mused. “I just finally feel free. Now thanks to Dr. Dubrow, I finally have breasts.”

The episode also shows Tamara, a self-proclaimed “Beverly Hills princess” that spent over $1 million on plastic surgery before the age of 19, and David, who is convinced his nose deformity was due to an “IUD disaster.” Plus even Dr. Nassif does some eyebrow upkeep self-care!
