Why Lisa Rinna Called Daughter Amelia Dating Scott Disick a "WTF Moment"

On tonight's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna revealed what she really thinks about daughter Amelia Hamlin dating Scott Disick. Plus, see her co-stars' reactions.

For Lisa Rinna, it’s clear she was left stunned by her daughter Amelia Hamlin‘s romance with Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Scott Disick due to the couples’ 18-year age difference. On tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which aired on June 30, Lisa confessed to her co-stars that she at first couldn’t believe Scott and Amelia’s relationship. 

“It’s a what the f––k moment. You’re like, what the f––k?” Lisa revealed to pal Erika Jayne. “She’s 19 and he’s 37 with three kids.” 

Scott is dad to Mason, Reign and Penelope with former partner Kourtney Kardashian.

While Erika agreed with Lisa that she is “a little nervous about it,” both Bravo stars had to admit that over a decade age difference isn’t uncommon in Beverly Hills. 

“Harry [Hamlin] was with Ursula [Andress] when she was 44 and he was 28,” Lisa said of her husband and Amelia’s father. Erika also met estranged husband Tom Girardi when she was 28 and he was 50.  

“I am not the person to be talking,” Erika joked.

Lisa hoped that Amelia’s love for Scott is just “a phase,” but the mother of two couldn’t help but ask her castmates later in the episode how to act when she meets the Talentless founder.

“When I meet Scott Disick for the first time, do I need to call him Lord?” Lisa said with a laugh.  

Kathy Hilton advised, “Yes, absolutely. And you can do a little curtsy.”

But Kyle Richards, who is close friends with Kris Jenner, wasn’t joking around. “He’s too damn old and he’s got three kids! That’s not a good match,” Kyle stated, adding that she wouldn’t allow her own daughters to date someone so much older. 

Garcelle Beauvais didn’t mince words: “Hell no,” she firmly said in her confessional before teasing Lisa, “You might be a grandmother of three!” 

As Amelia gets closer to Scott and his kids, it seems Lisa may just have to come to terms with their relationship blossoming even further.

Bet you didn’t see this romance coming.

According to multiple reports, Renée Zellweger and Ant Anstead are dating after meeting earlier this month on a work project.

Sources tell TMZ the pair filmed an episode of Discovery+’s new show Celebrity IOU: Joyride where Ant and co-host Cristy Lee help celebs give a loved one a special car transformation. After their episode wrapped, the car expert and Oscar winner reportedly started hanging out and are getting to know each other more.

Earlier this week, E! News confirmed that Christina Haack and Ant had finalized their divorce. According to court documents obtained by E! News, a judge signed off on the dissolution on Monday, June 21.

The couple will reportedly share custody of their 21-year-old son Hudson. The two privately negotiated how they’ll disperse their assets and properties and they won’t have to provide financial support to one another moving forward.

Back in March, Ant opened up to E! News about how he was feeling after a public divorce.

“There’s a choice that we all make,” he said. “You either dwell in it or you look forward and I’m a forward-facing, positive person. Recently, Ant revealed that he bought a house in Laguna Beach, Calif. as he works on new projects, including the revival of global luxury automotive brand Radford.

“I’ve used my faith as a good way to realize I’m so incredibly blessed,” Ant shared. “Hudson is such a blessing and he’s really changed my outlook on everything because ultimately, people move on and you find your happiness and I’ve used faith to do that quicker.”

While pop culture fans may know Ant from his work on the small screen including his role as host of Wheeler Dealers, Renée has become an A-list talent on the big screen thanks to her performances in Judy, Bridget Jones’s Diary and Jerry Maguire.

Starting a new chapter. 

After it was announced that Braunwyn Windham-Burke would not be returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County on June 15, the mother of seven is ready to break her silence on another RHOC alum. And no, it’s not Kelly Dodd. 

Windham-Burke exclusively spoke with E! News at the GUARDaHEART Foundation’s Unmasked Heart Disease event over the weekend and confirmed her relationship with RHOC season six star Fernanda Rocha.

“We have been hanging out,” Braunwyn gushed. “We are close and she’s been an amazing support to me. I’m glad I met her. I will say this: There have been some rumors about when we went from being friends to a little bit more than friends. It was after she got divorced so there’s nothing salacious like that happening. We’ve been hanging out for awhile. We didn’t become more than friends until recently. She’s definitely special.”

While Braunwyn was hesitant to put a label on their love, she stated that they are “definitely dating.”

Real Housewives of Orange County: Where Are They Now?

Braunwyn was previously linked to girlfriend Kris after coming out as a lesbian in December 2020; the couple split in April 2021. 

“She is a very steady, very spiritual, very level-headed force,” Braunwyn ravved about “caring and nurturing” fitness instructor girlfriend Fernanda.

“I have a tendency to spiral into over the top emotions as anyone in a reality show should, and she brings me back down to center,” Braunwyn continued. “She’s really brought out a softer side of me. I’ve been in the same relationship for most of my life so she’s taught me about compromise and meeting someone in the middle. I haven’t really dated much because I’ve been with Sean [Burke] since I was 18. But she’s just been patient and understanding and we’re having a great time.”

As for her RHOC exit, Braunwyn noted that she is still “confused” after the news. “I would have loved to showcase a healthy, lesbian relationship,” the star explained. “I think it’s way past time.”

Braunwyn previously made waves with her statement that she would be “heartbroken” if husband Sean fell for someone else, but today she hopes he also finds happiness.

“I would love for Sean to find someone,” Braunwyn clarified. “It’s one of the reasons that we know we have to go in a different direction, but we’ll always be a family…What I have with Fernanda is what I want him to have with someone else. It took me awhile to get there, but we’ve been together for 26 years.”

Braunwyn’s coming out affected her marriage: “Regardless if I’m gay or straight, it was still hard,” she continued. “There was a grieving process. We’re working through it and we’re on the other side of a lot of things.”

Yet, there is no rush for Braunwyn and Sean to divorce.

“There’s no reason to,” the former RHOC star added. “We’re not fighting. We’re getting along…We have been together 26 years so we’re not in any rush to get divorced. Eventually, maybe one of us will want to get remarried and of course that would happen. For me, this is the reality version of modern family. We are creating something that we haven’t seen. You can be married outside the box and have it work as long as you’re happy.”

Rob Kardashian may be living life out of the spotlight, but we have Khloe Kardashian to thank for this new update.

During part two of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, which aired tonight, June 20 on E!, the Good American mogul revealed the status of the Arthur George founder’s love life and shared where they all stand with Dream Kardashian‘s mom, Blac Chyna. 

This update came about as reunion host Andy Cohen highlighted Rob’s slight reemergence on KUWTK.

On the father of one’s choice to step away from the show, Khloe explained, “I think he just needed a break. I think also a lot of his personal relationships really—it’s not so much about physical appearance, it’s a lot of how he felt internally about some of the women in his life and how they treated him or how he felt they might of used him to get to certain areas or levels. I think that really affected him, ’cause my brother is such a lover and has the most incredible heart and personality.”

However, it seems this time has been truly beneficial for Kris Jenner‘s only son. Khloe went on to note that Rob has since survived heartbreak and learned from his mistakes, adding, “I know Rob is feeling really good about himself right now and he’s working really hard on himself. And I think before he did something like this, where he has to address probably the part that made him want to take a break…”

Andy interjected, “He can start fresh.”

Rather than dance around the subject, Andy addressed Rob and his family’s fall out with Blac Chyna, commenting, “It must be hard co-parenting for him with someone who’s suing his entire family.”

“I’m sure it is, but we could only imagine how hard that is,” Khloe said of the rift. “And I know he feels really guilty about that, so none of us ever make him feel bad about it.” Instead of dwelling on the negative, Khloe praised Rob and Chyna’s 4-year-old daughter for being “one of the most incredible little girls in the entire world.”

She continued, “And we never blur the two, we separate completely, and we respect that Chyna is the mother of Dream and we’ll always respect that that’s her position. And so, we never try to bleed that or make Rob feel anymore guilty, ’cause that’s out of his control.”

As to whether Rob is currently dating, Khloe offered up a simple, “Yes.” This took Andy by surprise, who joked about setting Rob up with Khloe’s BFF Malika Haqq.

Yet, what Andy didn’t know, they’ve “been there done that,” per Kim Kardashian. To make it even more clear, Khloe concluded, “They’ve hooked up before.”
