This ice queen still has a warm heart. 

In an exclusive sneak peek at tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, airing Wednesday, June 30, Erika Jayne admits to not feeling the love from her now-estranged husband Tom Girardi.

During a cryotherapy session, Erika jokes that “the ice queen can take it, baby” of the frosty temperatures. “I’m good at it,” she laughs. “You know, I’m cold.” 

While co-star Sutton Stracke couldn’t quite cut it in the cryo tank, the duo opt to dish in the sauna instead. “OK, I have to ask, are you mad at him for not coming to see you?” Sutton starts. “I would be f––king pissed.” 

Erika confesses that Tom not watching her in Chicago on Broadway “hurt” and that her big career moment was the “pay-off” to all her hard work. “Your wife that you have supported and funded becomes a lead on Broadway and you don’t come to the show?” Erika questions. “No, he does not [regret it]. And then I have to go out there and defend it. Now, you tell me if I feel loved.”

The “Pretty Mess” singer continues in a confessional that a large “reason” she was cast on Broadway was due to the “great support” Tom provided her with over the years.

“It’s tough,” she adds. “It’s not a marriage between Mauricio [Umansky] and Kyle [Richards]. It’s not a marriage between Dorit [Kemsley] and P.K. My marriage was different than any of them. That’s the hardest part to, I think, reconcile.”

Erika filed for divorce in December 2020 after over two decades of marriage, much to the shock of her fellow RHOBH stars.

Erika Jayne is getting real about her split from Tom Girardi. 

During the Wednesday, June 23 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the 49-year-old TV personality opened up to her co-stars about deciding to move on from her marriage of 21 years. The initial discussion came during a group meal at Sutton Stracke‘s party and followed conversations about the topic that first began in last week’s installment. 

“Let’s discuss the elephant in the room,” Erika said in the new episode. “So, my life drastically changed this week. I let go of my Lamborghini. I let go of my 16,000-square-foot home. I let go of my marriage. I let go of everything.”

The singer further explained to the camera that she made the difficult choice to leave the marriage because she had felt “pushed” out of the partnership. 

“I literally made a decision that I had to,” she shared. “I left because he pushed me further and further out. The conversations that I used to have were now reduced down to a sentence or two. I just kept walking around that house, and knowing that this marriage was headed down a really s–tty path, I had to make a choice to do what was right for me. I couldn’t live that way anymore.”

She went on to inform her friends that she purposely hadn’t told them details about the split until now so as not to put them in a “bad position” legally as the divorce process plays out. 

“I struggled for a long time knowing that I had to leave,” she explained in her confessional. “But once I made my decision, I spent a good 30 days closing out certain parts of my life. I cried every day. This was the end of a massive part of my life and stepping into, basically, a void.”

Erika added that she was “met with such resistance” from Tom when she tried to get them to talk things out. She also claimed that the differences in status, given that he is 33 years older and was wealthy when they first met, meant she “was always dismissed” if she were to bring up her hurt feelings. 

The reality star shared that she intentionally filed for divorce on Nov. 3 because it was Election Day 2020 and she “wanted it to get buried” in the news cycle, but that media outlets nonetheless wrote about the news of her split. 

Indeed, E! News was first to report the divorce, and the headline for our exclusive reporting was flashed onscreen during the episode. At the time, Erika released a statement saying in part that this was “not a step taken lightly or easily.”

After her statement was released, a source close to Erika told E! News that Tom’s alleged infidelity was the reason for the breakup. Tom’s team did not respond to E! News’ request for comment. 

In addition, the attorney is currently facing legal issues after past clients accused him of fraud and embezzlement. Neither Tom nor Erika, who is also listed as a defendant in the suit, has yet to file responses to these complaints.

Erika Jayne is ready to talk about her divorce from Tom Girardi, but as the reality star points out, “It’s so f–king complicated.”

In Wednesday night’s episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika prepares herself for the inevitable discussion with her cast mates, but as she says in the confessional, “There’s so many layers to this divorce. It’s so f–king complicated. It’s very difficult to explain.”

Erika says she understands why the ladies are probably “very shocked” and are going to have “a lot of questions,” especially since she broke the news over text. That message read, “Ladies, I truly consider you my close friends and this is why I’m reaching out to tell you that I filed for divorce this morning. Thank you for supporting me. This will be tough.”

Later in the episode, the ladies gather at Sutton Stracke‘s for a party, when conversation turns to the divorce. Lisa Rinna said she never anticipated Tom and Erika’s split, saying, “I instantly called her and, you know, I was just as surprised as we all were.”

Dorit Kemsley was equally taken aback, but she and Kyle Richards said they simply “don’t know enough about what’s happening.”

Without explicitly mentioning Tom’s age, Garcelle Beauvais speculated why Erika chose to split from the 82-year-old at this stage in his life, questioning, “Shouldn’t she wait?” While Dorit admitted, “I literally know what you’re thinking,” Sutton shut down the theory.

“I didn’t say it!” Garcelle responded. “I’m implying it and y’all are slow.”

Then, as Erika arrives for the party, the episode ends before they can truly grill the newly single Bravolebrity about her marriage problems.

However, in a preview for next week’s RHOBH, Erika is shown telling the women that she herself “did not see it ending this way.” She shared, “I was going to hold that man’s hand until he died.”

E! News was first to report  Erika and Tom’s divorce last November. In a statement, Erika said, “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi. This is not a step taken lightly or easily.”

“I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together,” the reality star continued. “It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved. I request others give us that privacy as well.”

Following the announcement, a source close to Erika told E! News, “The reason Erika filed for divorce was infidelity.” 

The insider claimed Tom had an affair with “more than one woman” and that he’d previously been caught cheating years prior. Though Erika gave him a second chance, the source said he continued his infidelity and “she came to the conclusion she needed to end the marriage.”

At the time, E! News reached out to Tom’s team for comment and did not heard back.

Tom is currently embroiled in legal problems as past clients have come forward to accuse him of fraud and embezzlement. Erika was also mentioned as a defendant in the suit, however, neither Tom nor Erika have filed responses to the complaints.
